Delete Account & Data — LUMEN 2026

You can delete your account and all of your personal data yourself, directly in the LUMEN 2026 app. Deletion happens immediately. You do not need to contact us, wait for approval, or visit this website to complete it.

How to delete your account

In the LUMEN 2026 app: Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm once more. What happens next: Your account and your data are erased straight away and you are returned to the sign-in screen. No administrator reviews or approves this, and there is nothing to cancel — once you confirm, it is done.

What gets deleted

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It also removes your conference registration — you would lose your place at LUMEN 2026 and would have to register again on this website to attend. Please be sure before you confirm.

If your registration covers a family, it is only removed once the last family member with an app account deletes theirs. Deleting your own account never deletes anyone else's.

Konto & Daten löschen — LUMEN 2026

Du kannst dein Konto und alle deine personenbezogenen Daten selbst löschen — direkt in der LUMEN 2026 App. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort. Du musst uns nicht kontaktieren, auf keine Freigabe warten und dafür auch nicht auf diese Website kommen.

So löschst du dein Konto

In der LUMEN 2026 App: Öffne den Tab Profil, scrolle ganz nach unten und tippe auf Konto löschen. Gib zur Bestätigung DELETE ein und bestätige ein weiteres Mal. Was als Nächstes passiert: Dein Konto und deine Daten werden sofort gelöscht und du landest wieder auf dem Anmeldebildschirm. Niemand prüft oder genehmigt das, und es gibt nichts zu stornieren — sobald du bestätigst, ist es erledigt.

Hinweis: Die Löschung ist endgültig und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. Sie entfernt auch deine Konferenzanmeldung — du verlierst deinen Platz bei LUMEN 2026 und müsstest dich auf dieser Website erneut anmelden, um teilzunehmen. Bitte sei dir sicher, bevor du bestätigst.

Wenn deine Anmeldung eine Familie umfasst, wird sie erst entfernt, wenn das letzte Familienmitglied mit einem App-Konto seines löscht. Das Löschen deines eigenen Kontos löscht niemals das Konto einer anderen Person.
