Delete Account & Data — GO 2026

You can delete your account and your personal data yourself, directly in the GO 2026 app. Deletion happens immediately. You do not need to contact us, wait for approval, or visit this website to complete it.

How to delete your account

In the GO 2026 app: Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. What happens next: Your account and your data are erased straight away and you are returned to the sign-in screen. No administrator reviews or approves this, and there is nothing to cancel — once you confirm, it is done.

What gets deleted

Anonymous Live Q&A questions and prayer counts	Kept — they contain no personal data

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Registration for GO 2026 is closed, so a place at the conference cannot be restored from the app. Please be sure before you confirm.

If your registration covers a family, it is only removed once the last family member with an app account deletes theirs. Deleting your own account never deletes anyone else's.

Volunteers and admins

Volunteers and admins can also ask the conference team to delete an account by writing to jygermany@jesusyouth.org.
